Custom Pet Vaccine Protocols

Immunization or vaccination programs for your kitten, puppy, adult dog and cat are tapered to your pet's specific needs and lifestyles. If your cat or kitten lives strictly indoors, we have a specific vaccination program tapered especially for him or her.

Canine Vaccines

We recommend the following vaccinations for dogs: DHPP - A single injection (vaccination / immunization) against 4 common canine diseases. This vaccine is commonly known as DHPP. DHPP is an abbreviation for the following diseases - Distemper, Adenovirus-2, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza. Along with the DHPP vaccine, we provide immunizations against Leptospirosis, Bordetella (sometimes referred to as Kennel Cough or Canine Cough) and Lyme disease.

Feline Vaccines

For cats, we recommend the following: Feline Herpes Virus, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Leukemia and Feline Panleukopenia. Feline Panleukopenia is commonly referred to as Feline Distemper. The vaccine against Feline Distemper includes Feline Herpes Virus (also known as Feline Rhinotracheitis), Feline Calicivirus and Feline Panleukopenia. We also inoculate kittens and cats against Rabies.

Complete Pet Examination

A complete examination of every cat, kitten, adult dog, or puppy is performed with every vaccination. Exams for your pet are crucial for him or her to remain in good health. An exam may address an issue that could become more serious, and more costly, later on. Exams also give you a chance to ask your veterinarian questions relating to your pet's well being. They are also a chance for our Beaverton, OR veterinarians to provide you with new information about your pet's specific breed, or offer age-related information as your pet enters into a new life phase.

Visit our Pet Vaccinations Packages for more information regarding our dog and cat vaccination packages.

In addition to vaccinations and exams, we also provide microchipping, deworming, and medication against hookworms and roundworms. We also provide diagnostic testing.
